Shipping & Returns

Products listed in the Crown Plastics online store must be purchased through the Crown Plastics online order system. All online orders will be processed through PayPal. Crown Plastics pays freight ONLY for those products purchased online and shipping within the continental United States. Online orders shipping to Canada will be charged an additional $50.00 for shipping and handling. Crown Plastics may, at its discretion, ship orders containing more than 3 cartons or weighing more than 150 lbs. via common carrier. Customers outside the continental United States and Canada should contact Customer Service at 1-800-368-0238 or via email Sales_Information@CrownPlastics.com.

Most orders pack and ship out within 3-6 business days.

Wrong Merchandise: In the event a customer receives the wrong merchandise, Crown Plastics will pay the associated shipping costs to have the material returned to the Crown Plastics warehouse. Upon the receipt of the returned merchandise, complete and undamaged, Crown Plastics will ship free of charge the correct material(s) to the customer. Failure to return the original merchandise, complete and undamaged, will result in the customer being charged the full price for the merchandise.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

Are you having problems processing your online order via PayPal?

Your order cannot be processed and shipped until PayPal transaction issues are resolved. Incomplete transactions may be voided from the Crown Plastics online order system and the merchandise restocked in the online inventory.The buyer is responsible for contacting PayPal to resolve any payment transaction issues.

All items purchased from Crown Plastics are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

However, Crown Plastics does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Crown Plastics or to products you purchase through Crown Plastics shall be submitted to confidential arbitration with AAA, Ohio except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Crown Plastics’ intellectual property rights, Crown Plastics may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Ohio, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
